Silent scraps of stone strewn
In silken swirls.
Swells of smidgen of sparkling
Silicon specks.
Sown a significant stone's throw.
Seep seductively into my stilettos.
The picture is by Rosa Frei as featured today at One Shoot Sunday. And it was said in 160 characters for the Monkey.

As it's all in the attitude when it comes to shows, I have a feeling you'd do just fine on the sand.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the 160s!
Love the alliteration. I really like that combination of One Shoot with my Sunday 160. Thanks for playing.
ReplyDeleteYou always leave the nicest comments on my blog and I just wanted to say thanks for your encouragement. I also want to say I sure related to your post about stuff. My in laws had SO MUCH STUFF, whereas my mama was not a saver of junk. It made a world of difference for us kids.
ReplyDeleteI want to see LOTS of wedding pics. Just sayin'
ReplyDeleteI've only written poetry for my daughter for her school (very simple, but very sweet), you are inspiring me so much to learn more! Thanks for the inspiration!
