If my arms were 1000 miles long
I would wrap you tight
If my arms were 1000 miles long
I would wipe your tear
If my arms were 1000 miles long
I would hold your hand
If my arms were 1000 miles long
I would gather all the loose ends
If my arms were 1000 miles long
I would touch your cheek
I would feel like I was near to you
But I wouldn't be able to tie my shoe
I would wrap you tight
If my arms were 1000 miles long
I would wipe your tear
If my arms were 1000 miles long
I would hold your hand
If my arms were 1000 miles long
I would gather all the loose ends
If my arms were 1000 miles long
I would touch your cheek
I would feel like I was near to you
But I wouldn't be able to tie my shoe
I love it. You amaze me with your poetry. I read in awe each time and wish I could do that too. Good for you to use your God given talents and doubly good you share them with all of us.
