We just joined another one and our first pick-up was tonight. The pick-up for our current CSA was also tonight so needless to say, my fridge is very very full. Unfortunately, I think I'm farther north than you so we have very little on the greens front. Spring green mix, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, feta cheese, toasted walnuts and a dressing made of dijon mustard, olive oil and lemon juice.<br /><br />I like to braise greens like collards or mustard greens in chicken broth with a little canadian bacon. Another green veggie that works well blanched and sauteed are green beans. Sauteed in a bit of butter. Oh, and asparagus too.
