I'm working on it. :)happygirlhttp://beinghappygirl.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4865699211711235354.post-40769303345684810712011-11-07T18:12:25.266-05:002011-11-07T18:12:25.266-05:00I feel terrible when I make a mistake and more rel...I feel terrible when I make a mistake and more related to other people. Sometimes, not always, I care about what other people think of me. So, making a "mistake" makes me worry and feel bad because I worry about what that person thinks of me and I want them to like me. (I put "mistake" in quotations because part of me thinks that there are no mistakes in this life.) Ok, but I realized that whenever I feel bad about something, sooner or later I end up feeling Ok about it. After a few days I feel ok. So now, I started practicing distracting myself during that period of feeling bad. Treating myself like if I'm distracting a child. Then the days go by and I don't feel so bad anymore. It's my own little system I created inside of my head. I don't like complaining to my husband too much because I don't want to be a downer with him. Instead I vent with my girlfriends. ha!That's what they get for being my friends!
